Happy Junior is a project concerning early education issue in students from 3 to 6 years old. Exchange participants will be teaching English in a creative and innovative way to these students, hence impacting the future generation with a powerful exposure of early education.

Empower Youth is a career development based programme where exchange participants get the opportunity to be the workshop facilitator of numerous high schools to increase the awareness of youth, ranging from 16 - 18 years old, to fight for their own future. Through Empower Youth program, exchange participants will engage, encourage and empower youth in choosing the right career path thus develop their soft skills.

Undergo 2 projects alongside with the organization namely TECH MENTOR and ESTEEM.

For TECH MENTOR:
- Undergo product knowledge and equipment skills training.
- Design and co-create suitable science workshops for students with age range from 8 to 14 years old.
- Facilitate workshops in school or science café.
- Mentor attendee that sign up for the programme in school or science café.
- Organise competition for the students that sign up for the science café
- Facilitate in preparation for any upcoming external engagement events such as Science Fair. -
ESTEEM is the learning of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and English through engaging, fun, hands-on, real-life relevant, and inquiry-based learning workshops.
For ESTEEM:
- Design interesting content and materials for the class, conduct and assist in the class curriculum.
- Co-create and organise the content of the class curriculum along with the staff of the organization
- Build content and deliver sessions on leadership and personal development to instil growth mindset.
- Inspire and motivate students to take responsibility of their own development along with a global mindset.
- Evaluate the performance of the students through survey findings.

Eco Ranger

Eco Ranger is an environment based programme focusing on the education on the public towards reducing solid waste and food waste. Exchange participants will act as eco rangers in raising awareness to the publicin saving the environment.
Clean Our Plate (COP)
Job Description:

Be creative and innovative in generating ideas to promote and execute cross over challenge with the public.

Plan and execute interactive and fun workshops in high schools to educate the students on the importance and ways to reduce food waste.

Set up food donation hub in different shopping malls to educate and to encourage the public to donate surplus food to those charity lacking of food supply.

Plan and execute surplus kitchen, a buffet stle dinner that will be served to the public with the help of exchange participant buddies as facilitators.

Instill the idea of surplus kitchen which is to promote the use of surplus food as cooking material to reduce food waste conditions.

1 PROJECT | 2 OPPORTUNITIES
Listen to Me is a health care based project concerning about kidney failure. Exchange participants will be involved in helping the community in achieving the vision to increase outreach to the public, educating them about the importance of proper health care.
